He was adopted by the true KISS Fans of Europe and Australia at once... we all miss and love Cat, but he strayed... (As we were told) Love from Sweden 💖
Eric!!! ❤❤❤ Maybe I will have some people mad at me but HE IS the heart of Kiss. Not only on drums but in terms of the behaviour toward fans. On stage the beast, on public the sweetest guy. I wish I have TARDIS or DeLorean and go back in time to see all Eric's tours with Kiss. When he died I wasn't even born 🥺
Errr-ic! Errr-ic! Errr-ic! That chant alone made the Australian solo awesome. I wonder how many of those young girls were at the Alive IV concert 23 years later looking hot and fine all grown up? Australia I think has the best KISS fans. They know how to party. I have a bootleg radio copy of Live at the Ritz in 88. For the longest time, I thought the Simmons drum sounds were Gene on the bass guitar. I'd see the end of the road tour in a heart beat if they resurrected the Tank and exploded stuff with it. thanks for the cool vid All!
What a farce. I would have ranked the Australian (Unmasked) tour at least #3. But I do agree with you. Your pick at 1, the Hot in the Shade tour, with the Simmons pads is incredible and I was fortunate enough to be in the crowd that night when he did that solo. What a visionary beast on the kit. He played hard but with precision and style . Eric Carr is without a doubt the best drummer KISS had and is still greatly missed. I believe if he would have survived the cancer he'd probably still be playing with them.
Eric Carr and Bruce Kulick were/are arguably the nicest people KISS ever had, and were likely their best musicians, just tight as hell and super invigorating. The Hot In The Shade video from Detroit in 1990 is one of their top shows, just the drums sounded a bit odd but who cares, because Eric delivered the thunder as usual. If only he had lived to now, imagine what he'd do!

Yeeeeeah... (Youre the best)... I cant rank this, so my favourite MUST be the first time I saw Kiss live, in Stockholm 1981... And seeing what shows they put on in Australia the following weeks when 50.000 people screamed ERIC ERIC ERIC!!! I cant rank, have no idea how you did it - but YEEEEEAH I respect it 🤘✌️💕 But... His Aussie -81 is my fondest Carr-memory... Love your ranks Love from Sweden 💖
He did GREAT on Animalize and Crazy Nights in Stockholm (and thats all the shows I saw with that WONDERFUL man...) But I stand by the looooooving "ERIC ERIC ERIC -- solo in Melbourne 1981... Love from Sweden 💖
Something was up with Eric's drum sound on the Hot in the Shade tour. His drums didn't sound right...on the whole tour. Not sure what was up with it...but i suspect maybe he was using triggers at this point. The sound was very synthetic...totally opposite of what his sound usually consisted of
I would love to see All KIϟϟ Ranked do KIϟϟ’ stages rank or KIϟϟ’ closing songs (meaning ending songs). R.I.P. Eric “The Fox” Care still one of the best drummers to ever live.
Thanks for the comment! I think there have only been like 3 closing songs, so that might not work. I definitely plan to do the stages at some point. Gonna be tough though. How do you compare the Alive stage to the End of the Road stage? Kinda apples and oranges. But I'm thinking it through! Thanks again for watching.
@@allkissrankedI will say for the closing songs I know of 4 Detroit Rock City (yes they ended with this during the Alive/35 tour), Black Diamond, Rock ‘n’ Roll All Nite, and my #1 favorite KIϟϟ song Let Me Go, Rock ‘n’ Roll But yeah comparing the Alive stage let alone Alive II stage to the End Of The Road tour is difficult. I mean but then you have the Hot In The Shade one with Leon (the sphinx) and that was like daaaaaaamn. But yeah I hope all the stages are in there including the stage from their early early days lol. Always love watching your videos!! Long live KIϟϟ!!!
I actually saw him on the top of the Tank in Malmö -83, The Lick It Up tour, but the only thing I remember is how Vinnie slaughtered all Ace/Kiss solos in the attempt to hijack the band... So... fuuick... I have HEARD afterwards, but cant remember the Lick It Up solo... Love from Sweden 💖
Hmmm. My favorite is still the Crazy Nights solo without the voice-sounding samples. Actually have never seen the Asylum ones until this video. Well done.
I loved the guy; but my only beef with his KISS drum solos were that they are all more or less the same riffs over and over through the years. He may have been steered in that direction by Gene & Paul when designing the live shows…. but his double bass 16th notes and up and down tom tom runs were too repetitive in my opinion.
I do not know the most of them all ! So I can not ranking them ! I know Peter Criss‘s Solo‘s much more ! The only Solo from Eric I know is the 1980 Australia Solo , but I don‘t like the Drum Sound of it !
@@allkissranked Eric Carr was real good Drummer - but I grew up with the Original Band love Peter Criss , I love The Elder & like Creatures too ! I wish they had do a Creatures Tour with Ace in 1982/83 and had do a third Live Album !
