Those are cracking bitbashes. They are a really inventive use of the bits, and create some nicely nasty looking characters.

I always love kitbashes that allow you to create both options by splicing in more kits. It feels both creative AND efficient, which is good as kitbashing is often inherently inefficient (using 2 or more full kits for one unit). The end result is FANTASTIC! Both units look so lively and mobile, while keeping a very physical effect to them, even in the case of the spirit. I cannot wait to see this full army in action!

Hmmmm...interesting. I think the RustStalkers look far more like they are a product of the Dark Mechanicus than the other ones. Where as the Stalkers seem sinister, the other ones seem almost jolly, not that it's a bad Kitbash it is obviously very good, it just doesn't feel as Chaos-y as the other models we've seen so far.

rewatching this again i ended p doing a lot of the same things you did, cutting the thigh off of the robotic legs to attach directly to the old models leg stumps, gawd i love all your models

They look fantastic! While I like the overall Sicarian model, their heads always looks ugly to me (I always see astromech droids heads). For mine in the future I think I'mm gonna use some servo skulls as heads instead of those.

The ruststalker conversion looks awesome. Simple but very grim. The idea for the infiltrators is great but the leg positions at the end look like shit. Never been a fan of "running" models. Its a mix of ridiculous and goofy. Not fitting with 40k. I wish the legs were positioned natural.
