Hey Guys! Here is another DIY I have done around the house. I have builder's grade oak cabinets and I detested the Orange! So I found this method of removing the orange hue. It's SOOOO cheap and EASY! Let me know if you have any questions or if you have tried it! #kitchencabinetmakeover

Yes I agree. I found it very distracting. The video was kinda informative and I appreciate your effort, but playing with your hair made me want to look away. I’m sure that if I made videos they would be terrible so I don’t mean to insult you. 😊

Hi! When you left the wax on for a week, did you put anything on the rag to remove any wax left on? Plain rag or used polish?

My are bad around stove from cooking. The clear coat is gummy. Not sure how this will work. Need to refish soon.

My cabinets have polyurethane on them. Can I just use a good cleaner and get all the slick residue off or would I have to sand them and then use the Briwax?

Did your cabinets have a polyurethane finish? I emailed the company and they said it might not work properly if there is a poly finish or some other coating on them.

I have red oak cabinets with a clear coat on top with the sides of the cabinets is like a veneer vs solid wood. Did you have this and how did it blend?

Health Hazards of Toluene You can be exposed to toluene by breathing it in, getting it on your skin, getting it splashed into your eyes, or swallowing it. Toluene exposure may cause liver and kidney damage. Toluene affects the central nervous system, eyes, skin, respiratory system, liver, kidneys. Breathing high levels of toluene during pregnancy has been shown to result in children with birth defects and to retard mental abilities and growth. There is evidence that exposure to toluene at work is associated with spontaneous abortion. High concentrations of toluene, usually from use in a confined space or unventilated area, can cause loss of consciousness, respiratory depression and death. Long term and repeated workplace exposure to toluene affect the central nervous system.

I did not remove the doors. It was not too hard for me to get in any crevices but I do have smaller hands.
