Mam could you tell me about uruli or kadu kinni as is told in trichy Tamilnadu , that is used to make sambar. My daughter is very much against using it. I dont know what metal it is made of looks like an alloy of zinc and brass is ash colour. Please mam do research and let me know. It was used in my grand mothers' time for making sambar as it boils well in it. Thank you.
