I like to think that this was the school project Alphys wanted Kris and Susie to do, there’s something about the way it’s filmed, as well as Susie doing that exaggerated sigh and British accent. For a better effect, they probably filmed this in the Dark World in Cyber City, that’s why Spamton just appears-

Only thing is that Spamton's dialogue is IN ALL CAPS by default, with the samples inside the [[brackets]] simply Capitalizing Every Word like Queen does. He also has the reading comprehension of a mid-2000s tween, so you can creatively misspell some words (like evry instead of every) if you want.
