Is there an all in one chart that defines the many different models and their features? I have the Zcc10 and LOVE it, but want to make a new purchase and don't want to lose any features on the new one.

Any good for converted/parboiled/easy cook/sella/uncle Bens rice? Because believe it or not, I would say that's just about the most common rice used in Western working class households especially when bought at supermarkets.........

So is the nw-qac model like the newest one rn, cheaper but durable than the nw-jec

The NW-QAC is less expensive because it's not pressurized. The NW-JEC is a Pressure IH!

Reliability for this model is very concerning. I bought and defected less than 4 months light use. Buyers beware of this product reliability and bad customer service.

@@ZojirushiAmerica You guys are short with basic reliability. If your product could not sustain basic reliability, no matter what you try to convince customers ; it is only short term. Products imagine is sliding down to the drain. This is true messaging to your company management. Poor reliability and bad customer service.
