KITCHEN TOUR before and after remodel | HOW I ORGANIZED MY KITCHEN
The first place we remodeled in this house was the kitchen. Some placement was given like the vent for the cook top and sink but we were able to work with it and create a kitchen that is open, bright and welcoming. I love wood and it gave some warmth to the kitchen but also we were able to keep all the light as possible since we have so many cloudy days. For organizing I implemented the zone organizing method where I organize things in the kitchen as we create stations for specific tasks.

I think your pots are from AMC brand, could that be? 😅 At least here in Germany they still exist. I also have AMC pots and pans for like 20yrs now. I swallowed hard when I invested in them back then but they promised they last a lifetime and so far it looks like they were right 😅

You're last house inspired my new kitchen. All drawers in the lower cupboards and no uppers, just a couple open shelves. Dream Kitchen! Have learnt so much about organising from you. Now I have to move from 4 bedrooms upstairs to two bedrooms downstairs as I’m getting a full hip replacement so downsizing & decluttering madly. My ideal kitchen now would be simpler as no kids at home - wheelchair space under the bench just in case. Not allowed to bend more than 90 degrees so anything down low would need to be light with a handle to use the reacher gadget. Thanks for showing us your beautiful house & how to organise better. I will have to use bookshelves for a pantry downstairs for easier reaching for food storage. Love the wood & colours of your house with all the light. Now have two chickens & three ducks & a cat & assembling a chook roller like a chook tractor. Might need to get a stair lift or move later as the main garden is upstairs but have moved pots downstairs. Your family is a great example of working together, each with own tasks.

I have 2 pots that I bought 43 years ago when I was pregnant with my first son. Miracle Maid cookwear. They don't make it anymore either. I've used these everyday. I was so scared at the time to pay the price, but Wow. They have been amazing. Love them.

Yes! Drawers ONLY for lower cabinets!!! I love not having to get on my hands and knees and crawl in to reach something that has been pushed all the way to the back! Kitchen tasks are so much more pleasant without that aggravation. 😜

I recently purchased an Oyster Digital Oven. Because I live in Arizona, 110°F yesterday, I can actually cook, bake, broil, air fry, dehydrate, and toast without heating up my house. The oven heats up more quickly than my big oven and cools down faster, making it posible to cook without breaking the bank for air conditioning. I also bought the Zwilling system of food storage containers. Have a big sink to which I added a rack, also. Since I am nearly 70, I haven't purchased many new items over the past years as I am trying to do the "Swedish Death Cleaning." But with these new items, I am savings so much while still cooking healthy meals. Love, love, love ❤❤❤ your channel. I admire your husband and your work ethic, your cooking skills and your loving family life. Keep up the good work. 👍

Good Morning Noemi, I loved watching your kitchen tour. I tried silicone moulds for the first time a few weeks ago and they are awesome! Also, since I found your videos you’ve convinced my husband and I to go for drawers in the kitchen when we remodel. He’s a computer guy/ musician, but a carpenter in a past life. 😄 We bought a fixer-upper too and do all the work ourselves. It’s a lot of work, but when the plastic comes down, like in your video, and the room is ready for the fun stuff it is extremely rewarding. Now I want to re think my kitchen organization again. Hi my dear Noemi, I think your zepter pots are produced here in Germany under the trademark "AMC". They are very expensive. But highest quality. A new one costs EUR 250-350. I love the you we’re willing to work with what you have. We are in the middle of a similar bath renovation. Some choices were already made and would have been very expensive to change so I used them as inspiration.
