When cutting cheese if you are prepping a large batch for later use, cut the block into 1X1 inch chunks. This will make the shred length shorter and easier to separate later. Excellent video and much better than the 30 second snippet Kitchenaid does.

Great video. Thanks for taking your time to demonstrate how to install and use the attachments. I just bough the food grinder and slicer/grater attachments to my brand new 5f Quart Kitchenaid Stand Mixer so it was very timely to find this video. I also bought the fruit/vegetable strainer but there aren't many videos describing how to use it. I'm anxious to orocess apple sauce and tomatoes....(not mixed together of course(... :}

I wish they had a larger shredder. The cheese comes out stringy and kind of thin, which is great for melting but not in most other areas. Tried to make pimento cheese and it made it more of a spread than I wanted. It is super fast though. .
