KK was god gifted and natural singer, that is the reason all of his songs were right from his heart and pure. I love him because he kept his songs simple, without too much of complication or effort , without any kind of formal training all his fans had a connect with him. Miss you KK. In an interview KK said, I was nominated for awarapan dewaanapan and tu ashiqui song for Filmfare but never won one, may be when I am dead they will give one. So sad!! but fortunately, awards doesn't matter for artist like KK. What an extraordinary singer but never got due recognition from the the industry! shame on you so called industry!! shame shame!! try to give great artists their real values before they are dead.

After watching this clip, I feel he will suddenly spring up from somewhere. What a gem of a human being and what a simple, humble natured man he was without an iota of ego in him . I guess this is what made him a great singer since he sang with a lot of devotion; and there was always that element of divinity in his voice. I just can't understand why I still haven't been able to get over his loss. Every night when am all alone in my room , I notice tears rolling down my cheeks as if there I have lost something very precious in my life. Being a performing artiste myself at 65 ; I was so envious of KK and happy for him too, as he richly deserved all the success in his life that was cut short by something called " FATE " . I can never forget his electrifying performance on stage in my city of Bangalore way back on the 2nd of April 2005. I was completely floored by his singing. Shall always miss you K K but shall remember you through the rich legacy of songs you have left behind for the world to enjoy. Keep entertaining the Gods n Angels above. Some day when my turn comes, shall hope to meet you right up there. Until then.... Lots of love to you 🎤💐🌻🌈❤️🙏

Sir, success is cause of luck but humility and ability to speak truth is what defines the person as a good human being. He was a very verstile singer no doubt. His one Speciality was that he could be used in every era of singing. He was not a type of singer. He was for 90's 2000 2010 and 2022 and further more. his voice was more effective in pop and rock music I think. He was totally different and a precious singer

Really.......feeling the same..... It's an irony that many of us used to admire his songs without knowing anything about such a gem !!! It's more painful that he gave so much to the world of music silently and breathed his last so tragically !!!! His voice is so so unique that can never be copied ever and always echoes in our mind.No need to listen to his songs coz of his unique and one of a kind of voice such that his songs keeps on running in our ears in an infinite loop. Such a great human being he was along with equally soulful voice. What vocals. I really was not following KK as a singer but after his demise I realise : Awarapan Banjarapan was sung by him, Khuda Jane, Anko mein Teri, Dil kyun ye mera shor kare, list can go on. What a voice!! KK your voice makes you immortal.

I bet no other singer in modern era can sound so genuinely melodious LIVE without music and the ones from precious era also falters without music, auto-tune.
