Halford couldn't do it originally. That's why it was pulled from the setlist during the Painkiller tour. But I'm afraid if Ripper gets his way he will do the same on the U.S. tour but at least there's this
@@madgascoin2901 Well they sing differently, Halford's original approach on painkiller was singing so high that the voice "naturally" sounded like that, while Ripper makes that "dirty" voice on a lower level (still high af for us mortals lol) that's why Rob always sounded "funny" singing painkiller, until recent years that he finally decided to do a more growly voice rather than just high af.
@@sonnic1995 I was referring to Metal Meltdown. Halford's heart wasn't in it on the West Coast and by the time they reached the East Coast it was taken out of the set.
