Thanks for the video! I’ve got a quastion, so my webshop is not live yet. I want to do a launch sale but people need to sign up to a flow I’ve made to participate. Is it possible that people who signed up for this flow, automaticly are signed up for the newsletter but they just start to get the email from the newsletter the day the webshop is live? Thanks a lot!

If you're on Klaviyo you just make a conditional trigger that states: What someone has/hasn't done, received email at least once (click filter button and specify based on subject line), since starting this flow. Then for the next filter do: What someone has/hasn't done, opened email zero times (click filter button and specify based on subject line), since starting this flow.

it depends on the flow. abandoned cart reminder should be around 2-4 hours. the check out flow maybe 6 hours and add a timer to add a sense of urgency.
You can just explain the benefit of the product using visual or icon and give answer to the most common objection they might have in the 2nd oŕ 3rd email

Hey Max, what do you mean under "click here to add to your order"? How it is done? As I know you can manually add products to customer order and then send him invoice to pay the increased balance. But how you do it on automation via email? Can you clarify the whole process of that "hey, you can add to you order click here".
