If he played like this all the time the Warriors would be contenders and Steph would be in the MVP conversation. Just happy to see klay finally actually have a game like 2016 again🔥🔥🔥
Isn't MVP about most valuable to the team too as well as best in league? How would his already spot up teammate shooting lights out make him more valuable to the team?
@@hnorth5205in my opinion, if Klay is playing like this more often, he will definitely take some pressure off Curry which means Steph will have less pressure = easier to score. Also, the Warriors will have a better record in the NBA, so if Steph is still being the best player on the team then that will = to more MVP conversations.
it was always the receipe, steph became even more clutch and kinda stronger, but what won 2015,nearly 2016 and 2022 always was that combination of skillset, you had steph curry, klay was always guarding the best player and took stephs man to guard and kept them in the game, providing time and space for steph to cook, dray was able to score and run the point as the 5 lead defense and a vet bench with iggy and livingston,2022 they substituted klays defense with gary payton II and his shooting with jordan poole, otto porter filled out livingston role,if klay can provide that space for steph and get a lil better defensively you should have enough tools to run it back, since steph is showing he IS getting even better, they even found 2 better versions of harrison barnes in kuminga and wiggs and a less talented wiseman who actually works in tracey
It’s weird , when fans forget who you are just because you’re on the ground !!! Don’t be weak, Klay is a warrior It’s part of the triumph of the franchise Respect !!!
Klay still that dude.. he had 2 major injuries lets him get back into shape.. I tore my ACL and haven’t pick up a ball since that shit is hard to come back from
@@Jbeats37why don't u step on a nba court and drop 35 points in 30 minutes kid, I bet you wouldn't score a single point even if you had a wide open shot
Klay once said he wouldn't play under another coach. Instead of trading him, just let him come off the bench if he plays better that way. The coaches should figure that out.
There are few players I root for to succeed as hard as I do for Klay. The guy is a fierce competitor and never cheats the game, he deserves to show he still got it
People don't understand Klay is not trash , he's just not Klay from before. Even at his worst he's still better than all of the average players in the league.
@@y0ung.1pact oh yup that’s my bad forgot about the Achilles tear when he was recovering from the acl. Dang I just realized that he was recovering from a season and sometimes career ending injury and then had a season and sometimes career ending injury in the rehab like dawg it’s impressive he’s still playing
Klay has always been a great player and still is. It's definitely not like player slump has never happened before. Klay just enjoy being Klay. Love you and the Warriors ❤
You can see it's all mental, even after major ACL injuries he's still really worried about landing wrong... you can truly see how an ACL injury can make or break a player's career....
Klay you will ALWAYS be GREAT, notwithstanding ANY fair weather "friends". YOU are a true WARRIOR in every sense of the word. Simply AWESOME...NO QUESTION about it. EVER.
The back to back injuries took his mind more than his physical because he was an elite shooter and before the injuries he always chose the shots he wanted to take. He was rarely an off the dribble type of the player but still moved great without the ball. But since he’s been back he’s been trying to create off the dribble and force so many shots which affected his ability to make open shots. For a natural shooter once the mind is shaken it’s really tough to get it back
A good franchise would never trade a player that helped them win rings when at their prime and played for them their whole career. That is respect and courtesy must be shown
Got nothing but respect for this guy. We all have moments of struggles in life. Just lace up your boots and keep moving with your head high. Fight till the end
Man love Klay and hate to see him struggling so a game like this for him is a huge boost not only for his confidence but also for everyone that believes in him 🥲🫡
