I did a video comparison of the Olight Swivels and they were pretty impressive. I need to do a video of the Klein, Olight and DeWALT lanyard style lights. I’m really impressed with the small Olight Swivel but don’t ask my son cause he loves that Klein.
I love my 12v Bosch worklights, same model. Also like the 12v tools, don't have the planer, but after your video of it, I'm going to buy it. Also have some 18v Bosch, grinder, miter etc. In my work van I got mostly Milwaukee, also Hikoki and Makita.
Klein is the best. It is versatile and use it to work on my car or hang from places and the swivle is so cool. Also the light output and battery life is exceptional
The charging is cool because you dont have to carry different batteries and chargers. I love the bosch one as well but i dont carry any other bosch tools
I also don’t care fore lights that you can swap out the battery when it dies. I guess for the price you could buy 2 and just swap lights. I wish manufacturers would add a separate button for high and low settings and and have one button to turn it off and on without cycling through all the settings. I have the Dewalt 2000 lumen work light and to shut it off you have to click it several times.
We have three of those DeWALT lights and that switch annoys me. Their tripod light is setup correctly, if you hold it down it shuts off rather than going to the next dimmer setting. You are correct in that two buttons would fix the issue.
😂 you guys are funny! The Bosch does have that feminine two level brightness though.. 😅 You hold the button after starting to toggle between bright and less bright..
All right here’s the thing either I forgot or I never knew that second stage was there. After reading your comment, I went directly to the work van and grabbed one of the four Bosch lights. While I was walking to the van, I was thinking I must have an older model or this individual has a different model light. I would estimate these lights are at least eight years old. If not older. Nope I was wrong and it has the second stage on there. Now, knowing this, I can say that I like the Bosch light two stage lighting even better. I’m an impatient person and I’d rather it go to bright then off for each push the button and if I need the electrician mode 😊 I can hold the button down for a while.
