"stupid' and poor amenity kit with KLM premium economy; class has no privacy alas...food is allways 'soso' with KLM, even in BC! prefer other airlines

You don’t get served a “breakfast” upon arrival in SFO because you arrive in the afternoon. Not in the morning.

Terrible amenity kit indeed! Wonder why they don't invest in more quirky additions there. Perhaps something with the Delft blauw. Still, the hard product seems worthwhile.
