I have been running a Delkevic 13" Tri-Oval for about a year now. I love the sound and the fit and finish has held up very well. That's a good looking KLX Salt! Ride safe!

I too live in Florida and I'm going to hopefully pick one of these up tomorrow! My wife stole my Grom and loves it so I figured I'd get something a little bigger. They have a DRZ 400 but it's SOOOO MUCH more. And I'm sure you know all about the ridiculous Dealer Fees and such on bikes.

Thanks for the info and comparison. After watching I just bought it and added to my 2023 klx. It sounds awesome. Thanks for the tip. Honestly it runs better without choking itself out with that small exhaust

Hi, How much extra torque do you get out of this replacement? Is there a way to see the add HP & nm spec for different exhaust?

Did you ever add a tuner like a dynojet or EKJ and did you happen to remove the secondary throttle plate. If you didn't use a tuner did you notice a difference in power or throttle response at all?

Just ordered mine today! I went with the SS over the carbon fiber to save a few bucks, but I’m excited to hear mine in person. I’ll definitely get a good cold start sound living in New England 😂

Sounds amazing! I was looking at this mainly due to it being cheaper than a DR-Z but I think even though it's a smaller engine it sounds even better. That 300 just plays a beautiful tune!

Does the bike have a fuel gauge on the dash? I know it doesn’t have a gear indicator. I’m a new rider and looking at one of these but those two are kinda important to me. Thanks for the info!

Thank you I learn watching your vlogs I need to keep my all year round bikes quiet or not because I live in a giant gated community filled with quads dirt bikes golf carts ect, I learned about my old bike name not needed that it has a flap so cold air doesn't cause damage my friend explained to me but I like riding in the dark after noice curfew it's fun so I learn a lot from you so I sound like I know what I doing 🤣I really dig this exhaust very nice! And I wish I had this bike instead of mine...

We have a decent group that rides Bushnell on Sundays pretty often. You should come ride with us. We’ll be out there tomorrow at 8am.

After you put that 9” delkevic on did you notice like metal flake on the back of your bike that almost looked like gold glitter? I mesg then they said it was because not having the built in Cat in the muffle like the stock..

Without running a fuel controller, have you ever noticed your header pipe glowing red when riding in low light at, or close to highway speeds.

Much cleaner look and it sounds great!

Right on man. I have the same bike and the same exhaust. Running mine baffle in as well. Have you noticed some sound slapback when riding by walls? Caught me off guard. Enjoy...speed safely!

My 2022 is my first bike, do you have to modify the air intake and tune it? Or is it fine just being less restrictive exhaust only

So I got this same exhaust for my klx300sm and at first, it was shooting flames out the exhaust. The O2 sensor was hooked up and everything so I think the bike adjusted to the new exhaust but it still backfires from time to time.

I'm guessing this bike comes stock with tubed tires? If so, setting it up tubeless would save rotating weight, with better bump compliance and traction also.

Its a nice comparison between z125 and the klx300

You said you were keeping the cat. The cat is in the stock exhaust. I think you meant you were keeping the 02 sensor. That yellow is growing on me. I might swap my green for my dad's black and paint the black yellow. Since he wants green. Lol

It's pronounced Delkevitsch (same as Akrapovitsch). They offer great quality for cheap, on my last bike it run like 20k miles without any problems and little to zero corrosion despite the winter use.
