15 years ago i was going through a very hurtful divorce and this song ministered to me in a magical way many many nights for 3 years and i still love hearing it in 2024 . I loved this song when it 1st came out in the 80s . As a man that loves 80 hairbands im a sucker for rock ballads and love ❤️ songs

@@JoyceIrby Joyce, I met you years ago at the Sheraton Universal Hotel. I worked the front desk (Tommie), and I think you had just produced Lloyd. But you gave me his CD. You were one of the nicest entertainers I've met, and working at a Hotel at Universal Studios, I've met a lot. The Vh1 special Bands Reunited had just aired and we talked about it. I'm glad that you are still performing. Maya Angelou said you may forget what people said, but you will never forget how that made you feel. I will never forget how kind you were and if you perform in LA, I'll make sure I come and see you:)
