Loved the day in the life! It's like catching up with a friend, take us along and show us your meals and routines - night routine would be cool, take us for walks or whatever else you get up to. 🥰 and you're so right, Kmart is the bomb but you don't want too much of a good thing.

I like to make a smoothie in the mornings - they're low in calories. I put almond milk, banana and berries, flax, chia, nut butter, protein powder, rolled oats.

Hi there, I would love to see Amazon or Temu designer dupes/looks for less videos. There are lots of international vloggers doing these videos and they’re extremely popular, but there are very few Australians creators making these videos with links that work for delivery to Australia. Hi darling Melissa. How are you? Loved this video. All the TK MAXX things (I don't get there very often). I don't go to K Mart either because I can't drive with my broken wrist 😢. So I noticed you have all your nuts, chia seeds etc still in the bags, why not buy storage containers and labels and do some shopping for them, Harris Scarfe has OXO containers but I buy mine from Little Label Co. Kmart do have containers but there not really air tight
