Melissa, I had Hasimoto disease. I started taking Bio Ceutical 'thiroplex'. (I get mine from chemist warehouse). Last blood test showed I no longer have Hashimoto. Worth a try. 😊

I’ve been around long enough to know it’s only a matter of time before they’re back so I’m hanging on to them and I still think they are the best to wear with boots . Awe I know hasn’t it been so terrible sad and just horrific. We all need to be gentle with ourselves at the moment. It just truly breaks my heart. 💔 Yes in regards to hair I get balayage done with ash highlights (as my natural dark hair throws a lot of red) Every six months I get the highlights brought up to the roots to help blend the greys. But it’s a much more affordable way to get your hair done. Then I just do a semi permanent dark ash blonde on the roots in between to hide greys. I haven’t heard of this foundation but they are both good brands. I’ll have to go and have a look at it. Please let me know if you try and your thoughts. Sending so much love to you xxx 💕💝🥰
