I remember it was 2006 when I first heard this track, back when kasi was safe. back when it was safe to walk around ekasi at midnight, back when people were civil. House Classics like these remind me of how kasi use to be back in the day. Knee Deep - All About Love - You remind me of what my home use to be.
Over a decade later and I still can’t get over this song. Amazing how it takes me back to my younger days… whatever we go through we will get through ❤️
been listening to metro since it started way back when they shared the station with algoafm...I was there when they started metrofm, and i am there today..they dont play the same as they used to,I hated 6pm then talk shows ruined it all.but all in all good by bob mabena you are a true legend, tim modiswe you are legend and so is shadow twala and all the others making metro great.....i love you all
Ikr! I'm a South African and I will very soon get my entire school into this music 💜 so far I've gotten my friends and I'll make sure to go further. Honestly this kind of music should be more appreciated in my era (this era) but all they want to listen to is songs about Butts and hotlines that don't bloody well bling...
Lol! Correct! This is stress free music. Expensive taste also. Are you into London Deep House Music? Coz like I've got a wide range of dope house music I think you would like that I'm currently enjoying. I could recommend some to you if you'll like..and vicer versa
amapiano generation will never know how deep some musik is...so calming n jus way timeless u cud almost foget all emotions n zone out into space .. somthin amapiano can never do to the soul....i got nothin against piano but this is pure soul no nid to dance the mind jus flows with peace
I wonder if anyone else grew up thinking that House music was a South African Genre? 🤔 I was shook when I found out that people in Europe listen to house music and even more shook when I found out that it was created in America.
Love this song so much, had on CD, it was on one the mixes, played it heavy during my first year in varsity, didn’t even know the name of it. It’s such a great song 😢
The memories, soul candi, clubs that played house music, got me through a heavy break up that time... Was 19 when this came out, good times! Big ups for the upload, made my day while chilling in the office :)
