So there's this game called Trauma Team, sort of the finale of a series called Trauma Center, and one of the stories is focused around use of the Endoscope. Now, it wasn't always up the exit chute, but there were a few such cases, and the soundtrack was the sort of mystical bop that you'd think would be more "undersea exploration adventure" than "butthole adventure." Apparently somebody didn't have enough butthole adventures and needed to make their own.
