I mean, Rich has been a knicks fan but James Dolan's treatment of Charles Oakley put him off. If you want to argue that James Dolan isn't a thin-skinned piece of trash owner, go ahead. I never had any time where I wasn't a fan so I do fault Rich for bailing on the players, but as a Mets Jets Knicks Islanders fan I've been so bombarded with incompetence from trash organizations that I can understand having a bad reaction to it.

An owner of a team’s actions cannot make you stop being a fan. A team losing for a decade plus cannot stop your fandom. Unless you’re a fraud. I’m just as big a fan today as I was when Knicks were 23-59 every year and there owner and gm were embarrassing the franchise. Being a fan is not a choice

Those points scored are a little miss leading cause without all the free throws he gets in a game take those away and he doesnt score 40 points in any of those games while it impressive its miss leading.
