Knife Making - Faceted Scalpel 

I was going to go buy a new utility knife for my shop today, but seeing this inspires me to make my own. Far more elegant than Harbor Freight!!!

i love this concept. the way the bevel is thicker than the tang, and they blend together seemlessly.

Until now I had no idea that I needed a little scalpel with brass inlays for the handle.... But do I have to go to medical school now? Sweet stuff, I really appreciate that streamlined look. It looks like a futuristic antique. Do keep on doing this kind of stuff, it's unique, I don't see much real style in the market these days. Mass produced junk doesn't hold up anyway. You hardened and tempered, which is something that the factories skimp on. I would trust that blade in a situation, it would be more than enough.

You must really enjoy making these this is the sixth video doing it, I'm not complaining just making an observation. The quality of your work is outstanding and beautiful and I enjoy watching it, have a great new year brother.

Thanks for putting out content. A observation, the milling machine will do a great job of cutting the straight lines around the edges of your blade and save you money on abrasives. Also you stuff looks awesome, but you do not put your name on your work. In 20 years the knife will be out there and people will have to guess who made it.
