Knifetalk Buildalong part 1 - Designing with Knifeprint

Right, I'm in. Ordered 2 blanks. I may be following a week behind everyone else by the time it arrives... From a planning point of view, is there is list of tools we need and will use over the course of the build? That way I can make sure I pick up anything I don't have or be able to check the rental shop if i need to rent something for a day... cheers!

Just curious can you take a hand sketch design and install it to this program?

What type printer is needed? Just a regular printer?

Was this project deleted? I know I'm 6 months late to the party but I was wanting to give it a shot. The link isn't working for me.

Knifeprint says I can only use the original Chop Knives design and O1 steel in 4mm to get the KNIFETALKBA discount. kinda bummed, was going to buy 2 of my mod in 80CRV2. Suppose I'll just get one.

Seems like you're using the paid version. Is that correct?

A good tool. but is it more efficient or faster than a pencil and graph paper? Unless of course you're doing it for a CNC type machine.

I just finally took the leap into my 1st folder, I had to fire up the old CAD program(which I haven't used in a long time). It was almost like I had to learn all over again.. I do like the 3d view on this... I was wondering about titanium or if they plan on adding it. I've had a few people on my channel suggest water jet once I get the handles dialed in... Glad I noticed the Insta post, by the way on instagram, it says link in description, but there is nothing after that. Maybe put link in videos description, just a suggestion. Hope all is well, take it easy...

Hi question on Knifeprint how do you print from the free verse ?

Unfortunately the only way you can download the pattern is to have knife print pro a paid subscription😞. I was looking forward to doing this
