Borehowl... memory lane Depends on the team comp largely but he needs some vig, power Speed and haki really depend on what astra and team you are trying to build. Low haki and some speed for turtling, higher haki and some speed for tank

It's a way to inflate the final damage score because every "overkill" damage from the end of each round is added into the final score
