I look forward each week to seeing your video Barbara and today's didn't disappoint! How stunning was the different shades of aqua of the water at the beach! I love seeing your outside wanderings of your neighbourhood. Whether it's the beach, the shops, a car drive, local birds etc etc. Your orchids are really putting on a show aren't they. I have to say that the barley hat in that colour green suits you Barbara. I too love that whole outfiit of the knitter in the pattern as well. I can't remember her name and don't want to edit my comment, but you know who i mean. Have a happy week crafting! 💚 💜
Once again I have enjoyed a brief tour of Bondi beach. The color of the water is spectacular! I’m really glad that you like flowers as do I. Your orchid are lovely. What is your method of keeping them alive and blooming? Any hints? Take care and see you n ext week. Gayle
These orchids are very easy to flower year after year, sometimes twice in a year. I have mine in an easterly facing window..morning sun only. In Summer I have a matchstick bamboo blind so that they have a shaded warmth. I spritz them all at least once a week and a good dunking whenever they look dryer. The phalanopsis is the best value for money orchid and they reflower.
Hi Barbara. Thank you so much for another great podcast. Love your new hat. Might have a go at that one. I have just finished my IBE cardigan. Have to sew it together. Paula ❤
Hi Barbara, thanks for sharing your colour card idea for knitting lace 🙂, Earlier this week I started a cardigan which is knitted in the round to under the arm (237 stitches),and after 2 days of trying to get at least to row 10 after ripping it back 5 times I gave up on the lace part but it has a nice triangle bottom and have continued with plain stockinette as I could not get to bond with the chart pattern, there were no written instructions. I love your hat pattern it looks great on you too!
