When I see a pattern with the BOR in the sleeve 'seam', my brain goes into a complete state of panic/freeze. It throws me completely off (I even watched a very nicely explained tutorial here on YT) and I just can't deal with it and I have to rework it to have the BOR in the centre of the back. (Now I have to admit I have not done any colour pattern so that's my excuse). Your explanation makes is lot more digestible, thanks for that. I usually have my front panel wider by a few stitches (big lungs, you know). Glad to hear the fourleggers are doing fine - good luck with the dentals and the stitch removal! My dog had a dental last year to the tune of $3,000 (vet fees are a white day robbery in Canada).
