Thank you for a wonderful time knitting together with you❤ Your Agnete cardigan will be stunning in that beautiful yarn! I am inspired by all my yarn scraps these days. So I am currently knitting on a sweater in scrap yarn and also a blanket. Wish you and your family a blessed end of February💖
Oh sweet Anne, thank you so much for your ever kindness ❤❤ I love that you're knitting with yarn scraps~ they really are amazing little magical sources of inspiration and joy. A sweater of scraps is one of my dream projects so you are definitely inspiring me!! Sending love and wishing you a wonderful springtime 🤗
Gabriella I love those colors from Ashley. That cardigan will look so pretty with the yarn. I am working and getting better with my socks. I hope Vivian feels better. That's so cute she says yarn. Those mittens are beautiful. Great job. I also wanted to say I love the actual papercrane from Ashley. It's such a special touch.
Thank you so much dear Kelly!! ✨️ I am so glad you're continuing with your socks, it is such a wonderful and satisfying thing to blossom and grow in knitting, and I know seeing progress also makes it all the sweeter!! I agree with you so much on the actual paper Crane from Ashley, it is really such a special touch and such special beautiful memories to keep! 🥰
Hello Gabriela,it was nice to see you again. Your mittens are gorgeous. I absolutely love this pattern with moth and moon 🌙. Also it was nice to see wee darling Vivian. Cheers from Scotland 😊
Those mittens are so joyful! I have fallen in love with moth motifs ✨ I’m currently knitting up the summer secret crop top by Jessie Maed in a rainbow cotton yarn 🧶 I too needed a bright knit for this time of year!
That pattern is so sweet and rainbow yarn is just the thing for a bright knit, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one craving color these days 😍 What a treat it's going to be to have it ready and waiting for when the warm weather hits as well ✨️
Your cardigan is stunning! I’m excited to follow your journey with it. I’m working on socks for my little one and I and I started a crochet granny stripe sweater. After several months I have the desire to crochet a garment again.
Thank you so so much Jessica!! Oh little socks are so special and a granny stripe sweater sounds amazing. I am always in awe of crochet garments, I am sure it's going to be fantastic and so fun to wear!
Hi again! We have so similar taste … I have on my needles right now the April cardigan with rustic yarn from the lovely Laerke from Fibertales … it is knitting up so lovely ! I have also knitted the agnete cardigan in brioche but I must tell you to make sure and swatch because it turned up too big on me with a lot of positive ease … I wear I only at home because of that ….
Oh what a treat that yarn and pattern combinatio is, dear Hélène!! I imagine the process is such a dream ✨️ and thank you so much for that word of advice~ I will be careful in the process. Fingers crossed it turns out all right!!
Dear Gabriella, while I was watching your podcast, I was working on my very first Brioche project: a Brioche sweater I am designing myself 🙈 and guess what, I will have to rib back 😂 I started the yoke and I don‘t like my raglan decreases, I‘ll have to figure out sth differently. When I started it, I also struggled with counting. I didn‘t count too many stitches, I counted too few rows. I only counted the stitches I was seeing, didn‘t thinking of this being two rows 😅 I still really love the fabric and it just looks beautiful, so I will rib back and continue, until I have a beautiful finished piece in my hand, I can be proud of😊 same as you soon hopefully will too 🤗
You are my hero!!! What a feat that is, designing your first Brioche sweater~ I am absolutely in awe and so excited to hear about your progress. I can imagine it's going to be such a masterpiece and joy when it's finished!!
Hello! l'm a subscriber but I've never commented before. Your Agnete is gorgeous - I can't wait to see more of it! While watching this, I've been knitting on a long-standing wip of mine: the Pucallpa scarf by Lisa Richardson. lt's an all over lace scarf which is supposed to be 2 metres. :( But it's been very nice to get back into it while watching knitting podcasts.
What a joy it is to hear from you!! Thank you so much for writing. ✨️I am in awe~ that pattern looks so so lovely I shine the finished scarf is going to be an absolute dream!! That being said, I can imagine thr process to be tedious as well. You have my admiration in continuing on with it. One day I'd love to knit a long lacy scarf as well. 🥰 Wishing you a wonderful start to your week with lots of happy knitting!
Gabriela it’s so fun to experience your knitting enthusiasm and I’m completely in agreement on the Brioche sweater and the color oh my gosh it’s gorgeous. Hi to your two little ones.
You are so kind, thank you so much Diana!! 🥰 It really is such a thrill to find a project that sparks sich joy. Wishing you thr very same in your February knitting!! ✨️
Oops forgot to tell you I place a lifeline in my knitting every 10 rows while knitting brioche and if I make an error it usually so easy to rip and start back up …
