This is brilliant! I cannot imagine doing so much work, writing a pattern, making a video tutorial and actually providing it for free. It is just amazing.

Aww thank you. I enjoy it and I learnt everything I know from free content on blogs and RU-vid so this is my way of giving back. Plus I don’t have to worry about everything being perfect as it’s free 😂

Isthere a way to prevent the gap in the moss stitch pattern in the back join?

You could probably try and do the moss stitch pattern right on the edges of the panels.

Hi Emily 👋🏼, I have seen most of your tutorials on the knitting machine and they are very well done 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼, I wanted to ask you if it’s possible to knit a beret hat on the knitting machine? Am a loom knitter and loom knit berets but I was thinking that it can be possible to knit beret hats using the knitting machine, what do you think?

Thanks for watching 😊. I have to admit I’ve never knit a beret. I did crochet one once and if I am recalling correctly you knit a circle right? Not sure how that would work on the knitting machine. How do you do it on the loom?

@@emilysmith2784 i first started using the regular knitting looms, but switch to the flexee loom links, you can make any size loom with this links, with the regular looms you knit wedges and once you have the number of wedges require you remove the hat from the loom and sew the two sides using the mattress stitch or Kitchener method, the way I do it with the links is knit in the round the start decreasing every other row until is completed, I was thinking of knitting wedges on the knitting machine starting with one stitch then increase every other row until you have 12 stitches then continue knitting those stitches until you have at least 2 inches then switch to scrap yarn ( sorry if that’s not the correct word ) and remove it from the machine then do another wedge making sure to attach the first ( there is a tutorial on how to attach a panel while you are knitting a second panel )ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hkH-xPbU0gc.htmlsi=GB3TxXznu-JS-8Ij this is the tutorial, I even comment on the beret hat. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-UZiIYONIsNg.htmlsi=fyReQd87MKzUqgQN this is the tutorial to joint a second panel while knitting.

@@leticiagarcia2159 I think it looks like you have a plan. 😊 flexee loom links sound very interesting. I will look into those.
