First, never apologize for being excited about yarn! I still get excited about yarn. Second, that pink and green sweater looks like it is just a sweater with cables on it. The catch is that the cables look like they are done in either intarsia or stranded colorwork. It reminds me a lot of Elizabeth Zimmerman's Chainmail Sweater from the Knitter's Almanac with bigger cables instead of traveling stitches. Since it is done in two colors, the background (pink) stitch is just plain stockinette stitch.

Girl you have a TALENT. I spend most of my free time knitting, and I’m about the same age as you. I can follow any pattern fine, but to just knit your own things from scratch so easily? That’s something not everyone can do. You’re amazing, love these videos, it’s inspiring and I will continue to try (and struggle) to make my own patterns. Never change 😊

Hey hey, congrats on 18k!! The pink and green sweater you found on Pinterest is the 'Carlos SS20' by Stine Goya! I think I saw another comment here that said the slipped hourglass stitch is very similar and I agree! Another video I probably recommend (but might not be what you're looking for) is the 'Undulating lines pullover' from Very Pink Knits here on RU-vid. It might be a start? But I will update back here if I find anything else

Your chanel is so comfy and warm, so i cannot stop watching it. You create amaaazing things! But I noticed that you use 100% Acrylic yarn. I really, really would recommend you to knit a sweater or any piece from natural wool. Your life will never be the same! It brings much more joy while knitting and it is perfect in wearing this thing in everyday life.

i learnt to knit when i was six. i hadn't touched my knitting needle in ages, and even lost them. but your videos coming in my recommended inspired me to do it again! i'm currently using some wooden skewers as a replacement, but i was reminded of how fulfilling and entertaining it was for me to knit and ho much i missed it. thank you for that, ily and your content so much

You should try up-cycling yarn from a thrift store sweater! I’ve started doing it and it’s actually super fun pulling apart a whole sweater and getting so much good yarn out of it!

I'm not the best at identifying stitch patterns, but that green and pink sweater looks like it uses a modified version of the slipped hourglass cable, where the cable (green) is 2 stitches wide, and the background (pink) is made of knit stitches instead of purls. I could be totally off but hopefully this helps in your research ^_^ Edit: Ohh! Is the red sweater Princess Diana's black sheep sweater?

1 - I also Love the smell of lanolin in fancy wool yarn 2 - that sweater looks like it's a 2 colour honeycomb cable knit pattern. There are tutorials on yt but the specific one pic you reference is probably a 4 or 5 stitch repeat (g,p,p,g) or (g,g,p,g,g) on a 10 row repeat

Could the pink/green be uncrossed cables? Also, don't be self-conscious about being enthusiastic about things like yarn when you're editing later - watching someone be enthusiastic about their craft is why people are watching! My girlfriend and I both independently subscribed to you because we thought your vibe was exquisite and then had a fun "same hat" moment when she linked me your vids (I'm a knitter, she isn't). My mind was blown when you dipped down into the row to fix the mistake towards the end of the video. I was envious of knitters because in crochet you'd have to unravel every row until you got the mess up stitch!
