Thank you so much for your kind words about my podcast! That is so sweet and was so encouraging for me to hear! I have been resisting buying both the West Yorkshire Spinner's Robin and Gingerbread colorways! Then you mentioned both and now I'm thinking maybe I should just go for it! Lol. I still have two skeins of Indie dyed Christmas sock yarn from last year that I need to use, so I can't justify buying more.

I think that husbands always have an uncanny ability to pick out the most difficult patterns. Mine picked out a chucky weight, bottom up, cabled sweater last year 🤣Wish I would have made an executive knitters decision and picked something else like you have. the beanie's construction and look is literally a dupe of the oslo (almost exact same stitch count as well!) the oslo came first and I'm all about supporting the OG designer but if anyone is hard for money and wants to make the oslo, you might as well just do this one, its literally the same LOL
