I have watched this video about 10 times. I am trying to get the courage to try this. I think I will try on a piece of scrap fiberboard in my garage. If I can make that work, I will try a bathroom wall where I removed wallpaper. I have already floated and primed the wall to cover up some damage from the wallpaper removal.
I bought the one I used in this video at the home depo. Not all Homedepos carrys it. However most if not all paint store should carry them. Btw thank you for watching
yes I did. This particular demo I think I added 1 quart of water for the whole box. If this is too thick add 8 to 16 ounce at a time til you get your desired consistency. As you can see it rolled on thick. If you are trying to match an existing knockdown texture this could vary. Try a sample on a scrap piece of drywall and compare the 2 together. Thanks for watching
@@1mandrywallarmytv144 Thanks. I saw you, but the way the video starts it's not totally clear if you had already put down mud. For faux finishes, they paint first and roll the sponge after. Thanks for clearing that up. It looks good. I'll give it a try.
actually the 1% of the time is regarding going top to bottom not right to left thank you for watch . Please all of my other videos. Have a great weekend sir.
@@1mandrywallarmytv144 From where. There seems to be people not finding the right roller. A link would be a great help to people who want to repeat the amazing knockdown you achieved with the roller you used.
hey Luke thank you for watching my video. I just wanted to respond to that comment you made regarding me being on downings, lmbo. Apprently you'd like someone to speak faster? Good luck and thanks for watching
@@1mandrywallarmytv144 I've never even seen knockdown until recently moving west. Your videos are no nonsense and to the point. I only wish I could get a good look at the sponge and what do u use in small spaces for both the texture and knockdown?? I'd like to use the process to fix terrible walls..thx
