I was like 15 when I first seen this movie. I didn’t think it was that funny or good when I was that young. But as a father now I see this movie as a masterpiece.
Debbie’s reaction to seeing the baby was my sister in law’s oldest sister’s reaction when my oldest niece was born. Except my sister in law fell to her knees in the hall and cried.
This movie was really good. Everyone did really solid acting and the writing was hilarious at times. I was really surprised hearing that there was so much tension on set. Although Heigl had supposedly problems with Rogen( and Apatow), they have really good on-screen chemistry.
This movie gets so much hate for being just a lame comedy but I actually loved it and still do. Especially this ending scene and the part we’re he tells the story to his daughter, sometimes we make mistakes big ones but in the end sometimes we realize they weren’t mistakes but the best thing to happen to us. All in all great movie in my top 15 without a doubt.
This is a horrible movie note that the board is calm it's going to feel orgasmic meaning in the water. Why can't they shove it? What you meant Hanston would be cute if you're vomiting out of your nose cuz your mouth is closed and why sugars to give birth yet to be off until tomorrow because it flaps like a back door. This is everyone doing massage me absolutely disgusting in the entire film in swimming pool in the back seat. It's the one who has the job to get the kid out not. She doesn't have to tell you 3 the end yes, you should tell him you can go see our daughter are my daughter afterwards get in your water. This was all about forcing women and assuming that a couple having a child is conflict what's a turd you are disgusting. You and this entire cats gets parasites.
Jonahs character was so funny when he was freaking out . I loved the way he got really emotional. Unfortunately all of it wasn't in this scene though .
ya but not a gynecologist i believe he was a internal medicine family practice doctor actually at kaiser permanente in Los Angeles my mom used to work in the same building as him
Funniest scene in an hilarious movie, esp the reaction by Jay.. His reaction is even funnier becaus it's so true to life. Many, if not most men, find child birth confronting....Before my son was born one woman told me about how her husband had missed both of their children's births, despite him being there each time - he'd fainted !
Yeah it's around 75% accurate. Usually the dad helps hold one of the moms legs, and almost every movie never gets the umbilical cord right. They are white with dark bits in them, and not slimey. The umbilical cord feels kinda like that protective coating over electrical wires. And also as soon as the baby is out the Dr usually always holds them upside down to easily clean out the nose and mouth and then it is sent to the nurse at the weighing/cleaning table before laid on mom unless requested by mom beforehand.
Another great movie Jason seems in he is one of my favorite actors he came a long way and so many movies and he's great and all of them he lost weight now he's toned up but I don't think he ever had a lose weight he looked fine he was always weight proportioned. Always had a good body and he's an amazing actor he's great and all his movies I hope he keeps acting for a long time
I remember when I saw this in theaters, the crowd irrupt it when she yelled at him to get out, as well as when the nurse told her to not scream so loud
I always wonder: Where do they get the fresh born babys from? do they go to a hospital with a whole movie crew and ask giving birth women to lend their fresh borns? ^^
Baby actors aren't allowed in movies or TV shows until they are 6 to 8 weeks old which is why the real ones never look like actual newborns and always seem to be "born" face up. Red and currant coloured jello is often used to simulate birth fluids and the actual birth scene showing the newborn emerging is always quick where a real baby is used to reduce discomfort to the baby. They also alternate between real babies and dolls in most shows so you are often seeing a doll if it's not when the camera is totally focused on a full face shot.
I miss the Apatow gang. This movie had every single one of them before they each made it big and went and did their own thing. Sure we get two or three of them together but it really wasn't until This is the End when we got them all back again.
