Can we give a round of applause to the woman in Peter’s life who was so supportive of him going on a solo trip? I just loved how she didn’t even think twice!!! They make a great duo. He truly was so deserving of such an adventure, & I truly think it changed the trajectory of his life! I’d also love to know how these people are impacted months after their Yes Theory experiences. I mean even visiting one country IMO changes my outlook, etc. I can’t imagine how a spontaneous trip to 3 places affected him mentally, emotionally, spiritually, etc.

My husband was browsing flights. I had just given birth to my 4th child. He found a round-the-world ticket for $700. He woke me up to tell me about it. I told him, buy it right now. He went to from Texas to San Francisco to Japan, to Malaysia to Singapore, He took a side trip to Indonesia, to Kochi India, to Dubai, to the UK, to Canada back to Texas. I wish I couldve went too but that was just too good to be true. I'm glad he went because a few years later we moved to Malaysia because he saw how great the place was.

If I was Peter I would have been worried about human trafficking but then again that isn't how people get kidnapped. It would have freaked me out being left alone in a remote village not knowing if I would be picked up again. I doubt many women would say yes to this trip with strangers.

This is my absolute favorite episode! It has encouraged me to get a passport in case you ever come knocking at my door or if I meet you in an elevator. I would say "YES" without hesitation. I also took care of my dad, who had dementia and understood what he had gone through.

This has got to be one of the best videos that Yes Theory has ever done. I don’t know if it was the level of spontaneity, the scale of this adventure, the unique cultural experiences, or Peter’s energy, but I have a feeling all of these elements contributed to making this video feel absolutely genuine and special.
