The Trump administration's tariffs under Section 301 (additional 25% duties) are in the headlines now, but antidumping duties (ADD) have long been a pitfall for importers. Ultimately, the antidumping duties carry far greater risk due to their volatility, as the final amount owed is not known until years later.
In this webinar you’ll learn:
- How antidumping duties are established
- The difference between Preliminary and Final rates
- The importer's responsibility to provide a non-reimbursement certificate
- How to reduce your risk by learning what products are covered by current ADD orders and how to check your commodities

Never knew about anti dumping duties until today when i received notice from customs that I owe about $250k on my last 6 shipments. Fortunately I have no spouse or children that will miss me when I’m gone.

If an importer brings in 10k worth of products from PRC, and 1/5 of the products are AD/CVD. Will the AD duty be applied on the entire invoice of 10k or will antidumping duty apply to only the items that were actually under the AD/CVD HTS?
