wow, this is so in line with what God has been speaking to my heart, I wrote this down yesterday in my journal: "your flesh doesn't care about you, it just wants exactly what will ruin/spoil you and set you up for a downfall later on, but the Spirit cares for your soul and for your future glory and uplifting. Listen to your flesh and you will always regret it, listen to the Spirit and you will NEVER regret it...ever." "The devil can seduce you, but he can never LOVE you, so his seduction is powerful because there is no mercy or compassion behind it, and because the earth is corrupted, but if you just get a glimpse of Jesus (God), his plan fails as you understand God's own agenda for your life."

Just to clarify, if someone falls prey to sexual lust and sins, this does not mean they don't know God truly as their saviour. It means they have fallen from the holy desire to please God over themselves. They have diminished God in their minds in order to magnify their lusts. This happens to all christians everywhere. This is not a defence of sin by any means, but rather a defense of the gospel. God saves sinners. We are still sinners after salvation. That is why all who are saved are sanctified. We are in need of repair, we need the old fortresses of sinful thoughts and desires broken down, and the will of Jesus built in its stead. If you don't watch this video with this understanding, it reduces the gospel to a covenant of works. If you know God, you will be convicted that lust is wrong, and therefore abstain from it. But we can never do this totally and completely. Not until our sinful bodies are gone and we are given our spiritual bodies. Lust is a remnant of our flesh, and our flesh is with us until we die. And for this reason Jesus chose to die for us, so through death of our bodies we may live. This thought alone begins to briddle the greatest sins in our souls. Think on Christ, think on His person, think on His deeds, think on His decree, think on Him and your flesh will fade, and sin and lust along with it.

I pray his eyes are open and recognizes the traps, temptations, and schemes of Satan. Stand bold my boy, put on the full armor of God and claim Authority over the deceiver. You have been chosen, you are Gods alone.

I think God told me this, He said, with a smile on His face, He told me to read His word, and to trust that I can do that if I feel without faith, AND that He will give something great out of it. This was when I felt uneasy and prideful. I don’t need a Bible to have faith in Him, but it is actually easier to read one than to live completely faithfully. About a month ago He said, His word would break my porn addiction. In fact he’s given me the benefit of the doubt and possible lack of complete faith everywhere else until I read His word. Still trying

Uhm God likes sex. Encourages us to have it... with our spouse. Says in the Bible take some time from making love to study the Bible but be sure to get back to your love. Almost verbatim and I’m sick of ppl making sex an evil thing
