Hello beautiful people, I made a trip to the market to bring you the names and uses of our local Ghanaian spices and their uses. these spices includes cloves, calabash nutmeg, bay leaves, coriander seeds, black pepper, and many more

This is so sweet! Absolutely loved the video. Those “ok’s” though got me giggling lol. But great video, overall really enjoyed it. The shopkeeper is very knowledgeable about the spices and so nice of her to spend the time and explain everything. Thank u!

I use the cloves together with the negro pepper a lot I helps boost my immune system, I soak it in water then boil to drink everyday. I dnt have problems with candida (white) also its good for cold and burns a lot of fat. Thanks for education tips sissy, up until now I still dnt know all the names of our spices.. But u made this possible

so so sweet Rose plus it was a busy Saturday. very powerful and read that the fenugreek seeds when soaked and blended in water prevents hair breakages and increase growth! Will be grateful if you can help us with that 🏃‍♀️🙈❤

Another reason why I came back was because of the types of sobolo leaves. I was asking the girl the difference between the sizes and why one was cheaper than the other and she said she didn't know. I thought you had a sobolo recipe on your channel but turns out I was wrong because I couldn't find one.

Did you meet Perpetual at the Texpo market? 🤣🤣🤣 I think the woman meant "heartburns" Very informative video. Here in Kumasi, the way the market woman can stress you with the twi names eh. I mostly go with pictures because I can't come and kee myself 🤣🤣🤣
