I don’t know my motivations yet, but through analyzing my past behaviors and thoughts I believe they relate to the core fear of 7s. Although, funny enough in childhood I used to want to grow up fast and get out of my home. I also felt resentment towards my parents. On other videos they describe 7s as wanting to be a child forever and not grow up like Peter Pan. In my case that was different. So I am in between 4 and 7. But I definitely also deal with fear and reframing.

Knowing about this and also about arrows of integration and disintegration, this totally makes sense. The biggest thing that I took away from watching this was actually to my number of disintegration, which I've often gotten very destructive when I am bored. Unhealthy arrow to 7 is real 🤣
