Came here to ask the same thing. Especially considering that Aero Precision is based in the big green WA.

Why wouldn’t you be able to? I haven’t heard of any laws or regs banning ambi safeties.

@@gtrscort1 Parts for semi-auto rifles in general aren't on the shelves here in WA. The law that was passed recently that banned so called assault weapons is deliberately worded in such a way that even the online retailers seem leery of shipping anything that's "assault weapon" specific or related.

Don't see why not. The M5 uses the same safety selectors as regular AR-15s.

AR10s have the same safety as the AR15. I've never had a special one for any of my builds

I use Aero upper parts kits, but for lowers I use CMMG LPK or SOLGW "Blaster Guts" LPK

Get the SOLGW Blaster Guts i just built my new lower with it and theyre legit

@@nativewarrior5052 CMMG takedown pins are slightly too small and introduce play between some upper and lower receivers. The takedown pins in a Spikes Tactical LPK are much better.
