What a great video! My brother and I stayed in Takayama for a few nights about a year ago. Decided rent a bike for a day to go to Hida Folk Village. On our way up we spotted the large gold and silver buildings so we decided to investigate later in the day. We found it so interesting that in this small town, these large buildings are so prominent - we didn't know it was a cult! Great video - thanks for a throwbacks!
