this is being a HARD LIMIT for my build till aso release a sub weapon with high accuracy% and aspd% together, otherwise...
a non try hard 1.6k accuracy DTE with 91% physical pierce and rush dependant to reach max motion speed.
can't change any xtalls due to maintain high accuracy, will relay on RNG to roll 6% more pierce from avatar and vlam upgrade to potentially reach 100%.
only on Lv295+ with capped AGI stat, 10%AGI on weapon and gordo upgrade then this build can be completed.
the maid cat will stay flawed till then.
