What a beautiful and powerful strokes. He is the best technician!

Holman is just smoother than Adam. He has the ability to make the stroke look almost effortless.

Knut and Adam are quite similar, with slight differences due to perhaps body size/proportions (Adam is actually quite short). But both are excellent, best practice definitely.

When I explain paddling technique to my club teenagers(and no teenagers...), Holmann is always in my technique video sessions. He is the best!! ever!!

I don't think there is a BEST technique. Look at McKEEVER, I think his technique is not the one you should learn from, but he is the best in 200 ;)

I see one thing wrong here he is pulling with his lower arm but other than that he is awesome
