I'll be adding this to my arsenal immediately because I use a lot of standard KoSoto Gari attacks towards the rear already!!! This'll allow me to throw in another direction with ease whenever I meet stiff resistance, thanks so much!
I tried it in randori last night, failed it 3x, needed more draw, its a bit risky against the black belts too. My next best strategy will be try it out on the 4, 5 year and 6 olds, till I perfect it, then move up to the older children and eventually the beginner adults and so on. Sigh......The timeline on judo perfection is endless. Drills, drills, drills!
Can you do a video on de ashi barai, i can't seem to get it right but idk if its just my timing or my upper body movement or my distance from my opponent or all 3
