I can honestly say that to this day my favorite NBA game was and is NBA Live 07, the amount of fun I had playing that game was unreal, especially with the all star weekend mode

Live 2005 was the best nba live to me. Add that to the gamemodes from 2k11-2k13 with a online myplayer feature and you have the perfect bball simulation game.

You put "PS3" on top corner when it shows NBA LIVE 08, but it's actually PS2.

09 is wonderful

I only have a PS2; had it for 12 yrs. So, have NBA Live 2001-2009, plus NBA 2K10 and 11. Simply modify player ratings in player mod. I do it for every year, in rosters settings, and Kobe's downward spiral as a player, I did the adj. He wasn't 100% last several yrs, so I put him about 80 or so in rating. About the same as what these games rate. Fun to do. Wish I could "Create" more players; not enough room for all the newer players since 2009, like Curry, D Green, etc...and 2K2011, helps, but not much. Newer guys like Ingram and Simmons...need room for them.

I'm baffled that Live never once gave Kobe his rightful 99rtg.
