That's the right thing to do. I think every streamers need their own personal assistant. Someone who understand how the market works, giving advice or fresh ideas, and also brave enough to disagree with streamer's bad idea, so mistakes could be avoided. Nah, assistants get separated fron the talent content, thats work for M-chan, the assistant is just that, an assistant, like sometimes managers ended up buying things and things like that, now Kobo have someone to do that for her without botthering her manager.
@@SpookyTree255to make it easier to understand: M-chan is doing the streamer's work-related with the corpo, like future events, daily tasks, merch, game permit, etc. While personal assistant is helping streamer at developing/advicing ideas, marketing, stream reviewing, reading people opinion about streamer on social media, etc. I think you cannot really expect M-chan doing everything alone all the times. She/he is already had lot of things to do.
@@cerdaspediaindonesia8926 thats the thing, the M-chans all around Hololive/Holostars often do the work of an assistant, meaning they go out to buy food, they acompany the talent to certain places, etc, sometimes in detriment on their own work. I agree that the assistant is a neccesity for these kind of work, but I disagree on the part of the assistant meddling in the talent content since that actually is work for M-chan.
I think manager from Holo manage talent remotely (unless on studio) and became the bridge of company and talent. While PA (in general) is assist everything day to day life offline and online and not limited to work related stuff.
