Sea food and beef is like staple / daily food in kerala. While, in north india, you wont find beef dishes which culturally sensitive. Before you two leave kerala, I highly recommend you trying "beef and porotta" combo. Its f**in delicious

Guys i loved your videos but i have a suggestion that the shop keepers in kerala the price are same like locals, we don't charge extra from tourist like india, the tshirt and phone cover you buy 250 is good price but the price for locals also is same
Honestly i don't understand why foreign tourists come to a tourist place with the notion that they should bargain for each and everything. It's a trust issue or general perception something. I find it very cheap. I accompanied a foreign academuc once who kept change in coins for each and everything and confirmed again these coin changes. I had a provision to get reimbursed and he asked for a bill for everything which was going overboard. But he was staying in a star hotel at the same time. So I had to let go of the auto charges etc which incurred during this travel and I had a fair understanding on their perception of indians. It's like people try extract maximum benefits on seeing some white skin like that. But in kerala we don't care. We are happy and polite when we get some jnternational attention that's true, but the line is drawn there. We don't care if white or black people tour on our streets, there will be no staring or overly pleasing.

You can call it Naan Bread and its technically correct, here in India we have this stupid concept that Bread being only the White Sliced ones 🍞 , but anything made out of grounded flour of any grains being made into a dough and cooked is a bread. Same is the case with Chai Tea, people dont understand that outside India they multiple variety of tea, like English Breakfast Tea, Chinese Black Tea, Japanese Matcha Tea, so do make Traditional Indian Tea stand out in menu which is Tea boiled in Milk with some spices is named Chai Tea, they dont get it that even in India there are places like in Kerala and Karnataka where Tea is not boiled in Milk but separately and mixed later i.e. South Indian Black Tea also in the menu which they never see.
