MOK Waverazor, but that may be too harsh. If you use the step tools in the wavetable editors of Serum and Icarus, you can get nice chippy sounds. I think the Liven 8bit Warps and the upcoming ELZ_1 play are nice cheaper alternatives to this synth.

@@jackcimino8822 I tried serum for that use, and id say it does that well for me, to a point. Idk, maybe I'm just not doing it specifically enough. These waveforms im hearing in these mask 1 demos, some of the sounds sound very unique, to my ears at least. It kinda makes me wanna get one 😅 😂 I've recently heard too of wave razor, interesting . Also there is a (duophonic) discontinued module mok made, with 1010 music. Waverazor does seem harsh.

Why most of the sounds have that much of chorus\vibrato on them? Gives me a headache - too "floaty". Is this synth supposed to sound like this?

You can have it all dry and it can sound like anything from a wonky analog synth to a crispy chirpy fm-chip synth, but the effects imho are rather good and I assume the person who made these patches felt the same.
