Ragweed man.. ragweed gets me cause that was the first “red dirt” show I ever went to back in ‘03. I f**king miss ragweed and I dig the Koe vibes on it. Long live red dirt/texas country music 🤘🏻
A little background of Koe before he was a country singer. Dude went to Tarlton State University, in Stephenville, TX on a football scholarship. Either to much partying or not doing good at school he didn’t play football. The first time I saw this guy live was at Larry Joe Taylor Fest (LJT). If you know anything about Texas/Red dirt country LJT is the festival to play at if you have a name. Koe went from sitting in the crowd one year to playing the main stage the next year. I was there at his first LJT show and it was crazy.
Koe is an absolute legend of our time. This dude has gotten me through some hard times and I can’t ever get enough of his music. he truly is the man! I’ve seen him twice live this year (once at the Roxy and once at rome river jam) plan on seeing him again next year as well. Love your videos brother! Keep up the great reactions!
Yo!!! Koe is wicked!!! He and Hardy dominate my playlists! My favorite song of his by far april showers, but there’s something so deep about drunk driving
Dude! The HARDY series brought me here, but I'd love to go down Koe Wetzel rabbit hole with you! Lot's of amazing content. "Good Die Young", would be an awesome video to follow up with. It showcases a bit more of his country/rock collaboration. Personal favorites, that would be great too are "Fuss & Fight", "Something to Talk About", or February 28, 2016". FWIW, the last song I mentioned is a fan favorite that he closes every live show with. Keep the Koe content coming, love the reactions. Thanks!
So glad you got to koe! I love that you read the comments and listen to viewer suggestions. Couple other koe songs I love are Im Done and April showers
Dude! Love your reactions! Glad you got to Koe. He and Hardy are killing it with their spin on Rock / Fringe Country.. To truly get the Koe experience you probably need to start older and work up to the new album Hell Paso that "Creeps" is on- Start with Fuss and Fight, that's trademark Koe content and sound. then just dig in. most all of his albums can be played all the way through. lots of great party music. Some of my older favorites- Something to talk about, Honey Pain, February 28, 2016, Forever, Austin, Powerball, Ragweed, Kuntry & Wistern, Sundy or Mundy. then on the new album - Cabo, April Showers, Money Spent, So low. Cheers and Enjoy!! you just opened up a black hole of new jams! Koe has been killing it for a while! you have some catching up to do!
Bro I told you that you would love koe but man the other songs i mentioned in the truck bed video comments go really hard!!! Once again great video man!
Texas country is making a transition into a country rock style of music and it is awesome! Austin Mead- Cave in and hurt you to hear this Giovanni and the hired guns- I don’t mind Koe Wetzel- drunk driving and only the good die young These are some great examples of this! I love it!
So huge koe fan, with this video he actually released April showers just before it in that video a meteor hit the world and after that he released this video so I'm thinking the theme ties into each other .
Was wondering if you've heard of Black Country, New Road. They're a really good post-rock band with really interesting music. Black Midi is really good for modern rock, and for simple partying rock, I really like the album The Comedown by Krooked Kings.
Lovin these reactions man! Definitely should check out “Son of the dirty south” by Brantley Gilbert and jelly roll. It fits in with this county/rock/ rap theme
You definitely need to dive into Koe more man. He's awesome. I would classify him more rock than country, but his lyrics definitely have more of a country influence
