KOH LIPE DAY AND NIGHT IN A THAI ISLAND PARADISE 

Eddie, Koh Lipe and Koh Phi Phi are my favourite Thai islands. I've always went to Sunrise Beach when the sun was rising - seriously amazing experience. Sunset Beach was good too as well as Pattaya Beach. Personally I quite like the Walking Street in Koh Lipe. I stayed at the Bundhaya Resort, which was quite an expensive hotel resort. As I'm not into party scenes, I've always avoided places like Pattaya, Patong in Phuket and certain party areas in Bangkok. But Thailand on the whole is an incredible country with so much to see and do. I am planning one more trip (my 5th trip to Thailand hopefully) because I haven't visited Chiang Mai yet. To me, Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia are amazing countries.

Nice one Ed. Island life seems to agree with you. You're looking pretty tanned and chilled there ;-) But yes, really good find. Most punters usually head to Samui or Phangan but Lipe appears to have flown under the radar. It looks relaxing without compromising too many of life's comforts not to mention the awesome beaches

Great video as usual ed, keep it up, I also took up the cheese burger deal at the steak house, also 2 for 1 cocktails for sunset, great view point there, its also crazy how busy it is now, i was there in march/april and most places had a couple of people eating/drinking please don't take this the wrong way but your camera is not up to scratch, even watching at 1080p when you walked onto the beach at 1:30 that vision should look a lot better and clearer, even walking around the footage looks kinda grainy by today's standards, i only say this to be real an honest, not sure if its camera issue or rendering issue but maybe look into it

Looks nice and you full of jolly. I'm fortunate to live in FL and I think better beaches. Good for you mate. I touch down in BKK again in a week for hiking, then the south to recoup.

Some of the best scuba diving in Thailand around ko lipe second only to the similans I stay in those beach huts when on ko lipe and ko Tao basic accommodation is all you need in paradise happy days👍

Koh lipe is lovely and I'd go back. But definitely not from Bangkok. Maybe a boat from ko lanta. 90 minutes flight, 2 hours taxi then 90 minutes speed boat. Missed the speed boat so had to wait until the next morning.

Eddy, have you visited Koh Samet in the past, just 2 hours south of Pattaya, in the Rayong province. Absolutely stunning island mate, and at a very reasonable prices for everything. Loving your vlogs over the past few weeks 🙏🏻🙏🏻

I've been to Koh Lipe and Sunrise beach is better to stay on than Pattaya Beach. You can hire a longtail boat for the day and good island touring and snorkeling, it's the best water I've seen in thailand.

Made a loaf of egg butter and milk free french bread with yeast yesterday..next time with boiled potato warter yeast.. had you seen the price of lettuce today in half the U.S you woulda ate that like a delicacy..

I remember on Ko samet paying 300 baht a night for a hut just like that, £38 is extortionate. For comparison, On the Colombian Caribbean coast there are plenty of tropical white sand beaches and £38 would get you a really nice Hotel room without the mosquitos..... Oh and there are plenty of rumpty bumpty partners available at less then half the price of Thailand. I have visited Thailand so many times over the Past 40 yrs but prices there are creeping up really fast, not helped with the mighty strong baht. Personally I do not think I will ever visit Thailand again, even though I have some really great memories of the many trips I have had..... The costs in Colombia now is like what Thailand was back in the 1980s

salted Garlic butter lasts a long time from a preservation standpoint. That's why you always see garlic bread in SE asian countries like Thailand, Cambodia etc. Tastes delicious toooo

A nice draught Chang!!! Maybe you been judging Chang by the stuff they serve up in the Pattaya AGOGO’s. You got to ask yourself why does it taste so rotten so often in those places. Do they clean the pipes properly & as often as they should & if you can’t see them pouring it are they putting some slopes or water in the glass before filling it up with Chang from the tap.

It doesn't look like and Ed Sweeney type of place. More family orientated as I see it. And dare I say it, no ladies of comfort ? But as there are noise restrictions in your microscopically thin bungalow walls ... well at least you'll share the company of mozzies. I guess when you come from the UK a beach is a great attraction. Where I live there are beaches ad nausea. As I said before beaches, sand, surf, sand flies and mozzies do nothing for me. All the best.

That beach hut was awful apart from the amazing views. I'll never do one again. Expensive, very hot, noisy, full of bugs and mosquitoes. How do you keep the noise down when shagging in one of those? it seems very touristy and really for families and couples. I do hate seeing kids when I'm on holiday. You never know what a place is like for yourself unless you visit it. Thanks for the video eddy good info like always mate. 🙏👍

That meal was bloody expensive at 410 baht. The same 4 items cost a total of 140 baht at my local restaurant in Phuket. And did you really pay 1500 baht per night for that shack? Should be 500 baht maximum . Nice island, but a rip-off
