The problem I found when dealing with my wifes Cancer is every doctors opinion and ideas about treatment and timescales is slightly different and with the NHS you may have 3 or 4 different doctors dealing with and seeing you, It can get confusing as they often contradict each other or give different timescales about treatment.
I have managed to get 3 girls out of the bar for $50 long time,(even in 2024) only because I knew two of them. One of them I got for free, one night I had her, we argued, and she didn't accept my money. So you can definitely get them for a cheaper rate, especially if they like you.

Ed, the nurse is right about being careful once you either shave your head or have a number one all over----thats been my life for the past 7 years and I am careful to wear a cap out in the sun----unfortunately not careful enough being in Manila right now and have a bit of a heat rash because I didnt use sunscreen----but 95% of the time its fine. Get yourself a stylish cap---I cant see you in a baseball cap. Great news on the 3 months break before your scan----enjoy yourself

Do you think the hospital Eddy was in in Thailand that rinsed his travel insurance charging 80,000 THB/Day for a standard ICU room and 32,000 THB/Day for a standard private room. That told him he had a brain abscess and treated him for that before telling him they needed to drain the abscess and they had to bring in a machine to that. Then after the draining told him the procedure was a complete success only for them to tell him a few days later it was not an abscess but a tumor and after 2 weeks still not told him what type of tumor it was was better than the treatment he got on the NHS. Then of course there was the issue that if Eddy had refused to be repatriated his travel insurance would have cancelled his insurance and he would have had issues getting visa extensions which Thai immigration have tightened up on due to Russians using medical extensions to stay in Country (See - Visa Extensions For Sick Foreigners Are Now More Difficult To Obtain Pattaya Mail).
