Proper cool, trippy little place that Tukke Land?? 🤣🤣 Definitely a stoners paradise there Must of taken ages to make all that with bottles Thanks for sharing Sean 👍
My favourite island for the last 10 years, Sean! So many things have changed since my last visit, like the yuk-tuk taxis (it used be just scooters with lady taxi riders in coloured vests). So sad to see all the things that have closed down though. The Rasta style Restaurant and Bar where you thought you'd found the weed at 24:36 is is actually called Ban Nam Cha and is/was owned by an English lady, Jessica, and her Thai Rasta husband (as mentioned by ReadRunner). I had some terrific meals & nights in there with friends often. I guess they just had to cut their loses and run. So very sad..!
Nice One Sean 👍. Thanks for doing the ReCon man 🙏. This place looks great. That bottle house reminds me alot of my student digs in Nottingham back in the day 😋. I'll definitely be taking a 'trip' to this island in the future 🏝️🇹🇭🍻
Never been Ko Phayam as I read it was a bit quiet and many places alcohol-free. So this drone footage is probably the nearest I shall ever come to seeing it. But to be honest, it's probably better than me actually being there. Absolutely spectacular. You should licence its use to the TAT (Tourist Authority of Thailand). So good I watched it a couple of times with a glass of red wine last night, and like I say, it felt that I had a better experience than if I was there just wandering around a few random beaches. Thanks buddy 👌👌🙏🙏😎😎
It looks like a Monarch butterfly m8.)And yes they are truly awesome..They migrates over insane distances.Cool ‘pirate’ island you have found there man.You look like you r having fun exploring 🍻😎👌🏼
@@thedeadhorse nope. It won't. Thanks to mother nature. You talk to the islanders and they will tell you no Bangkok tourism moghul in his right mind will invest millions in an island that receives 4700 mm of rain a year. Tourism season is only 5 months long. Ditto for roads fit for cars. If you're a tourist who wants to get a tan in July, you,re shit out of luck. Most places close up in May and open up in November again. It will slightly get more popular, but the islanders are all firmly united against selling their land. They don't care about money, since they make enough from fishing, rubber and cashew nut farming and know what happened to the fisherman and farmers on Railay beach in Krabi province. They sold out and now work as waiters and maids for a five star resort. that won't happen to these people.
The cat is out the bag! Great video, I’ve been to Koh Phayam about 6+ times, it’s saddening to see it like this honestly. The place at 24:30 was an amazing vegetarian restaurant run by an English woman and her Thai husband. It was one of our favourites :(
NICE VIDEO ! im go soon in koh phayam where is location of the bootle house with color, is so beautiful i want to found this place, thanks Vlogging A Dead Horse
You might just bump into Ebeneezer Goode in the bottle bar one eve 😁A great philosopher once wrote naughty naughty very naughty ,he glides into your mind with a Sunny hello 🌞🍺
I,m disappointed with this island, but so long as seans happy is all that matters, i,m not a hippie fan, as you can probably tell, i,ve not seen one thing that i like here, well except for the nice lady in the shop, the welcome mat wont be out for me sorry, i,m out,.
Wat magic buddy, the island is a shit hole with drunks and washed up bars an beaches coved in oil and fisherman's waist, Its an island where westerners end up and can not leave because they are as washed up as this island, Loved the Boat Bar though Cheers
